Initial 2–Hour Foundation Session — to gather information and create a vision. We will define your needs, desires, strengths, goals, and design a personal program that meets you where you're at and realistically takes you where you want to go.

Nine 1–Hour Sessions — to happen within 90 days. Everyone has their own unique timing so we will schedule sessions so they are in balance with the rest of your life. In these nine sessions we will work/play together to release the barriers and limiting beliefs that are holding you back. You will become more aware of what it is you truly desire. By learning to make your choices consciously you will become congruent from the inside out, enabling you to live the life you want in a lasting and sustainable way. I will be there to encourage and support you along your journey.
